Sunny Pong is the Founder of Captime, a licensed modern TCSP in Hong Kong. With a background in law, he helps international founders and startups incorporate and manage Hong Kong companies efficiently through modern technology and streamlined processes.

Throughout his career working across Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing on both the legal and operational sides with founders, Sunny saw how traditional corporate services often created unnecessary complexity and opacity. This experience led him to build Captime with a clear focus on clarity, speed, and technology, making company incorporation and ongoing compliance simpler and more transparent for modern businesses.

Sunny leads Captime with a focus on being Swift, Seamless, and Smart. He strongly believes in transparent pricing, ensuring clients clearly understand what government fees are involved rather than facing the bundled or unclear pricing models common in the industry. He also ensures that all client cases are handled by a local Hong Kong team — professionals who live and work in the city, understand its regulatory environment, and communicate fluently in the local language.
